Veterinary Technician-Experienced

Full or part time position for an experienced veterinary technician.

Experienced Veterinary Technicians – $1,000 sign on bonus, 401(K) matching, Paid C.E, competitive wages, Paid Time Off, Vacation, Paid Holidays.

Looking for a motivated team player with strong experience in surgery, as well as dentistry.

Job duties include:

Caring for hospitalized patients Administer and monitor anesthesia

Blood draws and catheter placements

Administer vaccinations and medications

Perform lab tests on Catalyst, Procyte, and SediVue

Submit proper lab tests to Idexx Laboratories

Perform ear/skin cytology’s and properly identify organisms underneath a microscope

Assist doctors with annual and medical exam appointments

Assist with technician appointments for vaccinations, nail trims, and anal gland expressions

Perform Laser Therapy Assisting doctors with annual and medical exam appointments

Perform nail trims, anal gland expressions, and ear cleanings as needed
