Covance – Sample Collection Technician:

Do you enjoy collecting blood? Are you good at collecting blood from large or small animals?

This available position is part of the Early Development Department within Safety Assessment. We are a small specialized group responsible for collecting, documenting, and managing pertinent data, primarily blood samples, from all species supporting Toxicology studies, in compliance with appropriate SOPs, GLPs, and regulatory agency guidelines. These samples include the toxicokinetic, pharmacokinetic, clinical pathology as well as AB, PD, hemolytic potentials, and other types of samples. We are looking for someone with some venipuncture experience in any species (small or large). Basic needle safety and handling will increase potential interview/hire. All blood collection techniques used at Covance will be trained and are not absolutely needed upon hire. Our team strives to deliver quality data to our clients and focus on work/life balance. Position starts at $18/hour and there is also a $2500 sign on bonus.

Technician Supervisor Needed
